TheAIShop is operated by The AI Shop, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit theaishop.co or use our AI Roadmap and related tools.

2. What we collect

We collect information you provide when you contact us or use our tools: your name, business name, email address, optional mobile phone number, the URL you submit for analysis, and details about your project. We also collect basic page-view counts via privacy-respecting analytics. We don't use tracking pixels, ad networks, or behavioral targeting.

3. How we use it

We use your contact information to respond to your inquiry, deliver the Roadmap or service you requested, and send transactional updates about your project. We never sell your information.

4. Mobile information and SMS

If you provide your mobile phone number through a form on theaishop.co (including the AI Roadmap) and check the box consenting to receive SMS messages, we may send you text messages from The AI Shop, LLC related to your inquiry. These messages may include a confirmation of your submission, a summary of your Roadmap, and scheduling for a follow-up conversation.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction, typically one to three messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or HELP for help. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.

No mobile information sharing. Mobile information — including your phone number and your consent to receive SMS messages — will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with our messaging platform sub-processor (Twilio) strictly to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. All other use categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to deliver our services: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Twilio (SMS delivery), Anthropic (AI content assistance), and our transactional email provider. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Your rights

You may request to access, correct, delete, or export your data at any time by emailing hello@theaishop.co. We respond within 30 days.
